Cub Scouting is a family focused, parent-led activity.  While the focus is on the boys and girls, it really centers around building a bond between children and their parents. Therefore, plan to get involved! Different from organized sports, Cub Scouts is not a drop-off program. It is parent-led.

Pack 633 is a fun, active group of elementary kids and their parents, from Puesta del Sol, Jing Mei, and nearby Bellevue schools. We do fun outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and teach values and life skills, such as first aid, a positive attitude, and doing your best, which will help the kids throughout their life.

Our pack is made up of Dens, one for each grade level, starting with kindergarten and ending mid-fifth grade year.

Meetings: We typically meet once a week on Monday nights from 7pm-8pm at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church (2650 148th Ave. SE; Bellevue, WA -Across from Bellevue College).

Costs: For 2025-2026, dues are $145 per full calendar year and are pro-rated if one joins mid-year.

Dues include $85 to the national BSA organization, $30 towards our local Chief Seattle Council, and $30 towards Pack 633 expenses. Yearly dues cover:

Uniforms and Accessories: All the participating scouts are asked to provide their own Scout Book and Scout shirt. Shirts and accessories are available at the Scout Store online (https://www.scoutshop.org/). Short sleeve shirts are suggested so the kids don’t grow out of them. If you need help with uniform costs, please talk to our Cubmaster.

Fundraiser: We have one fundraiser a year, the Cub Scout Popcorn Sale in the fall, with year-round sales online. This helps fund our Pack for the year.

Camping/Overnight: There are several overnight opportunities throughout the year. As a Pack, we participate in a region-wide Winter Camp in February, near Mt. Rainier.  Highlights include snow tubing and archery. We stay in heated cabins.
